LetzLive in the UK 2022
The great news is that New Zealand has been announced as a green listed country for travel to the UK. This means there is no quarantining on arrival into the UK.
Our current Gap participants, all of who have arrived since January 2021, have arrived stress-free with the help of our team.
- As of today, almost 75% of over 18s have received their first vaccination, with all adults on track to be vaccinated by end of July – Sky News
- Shops, restaurants, bars and hotels opened May 17 and domestic travel within the UK is now back to normal
- On June 21 all remaining restrictions are expected to be lifted with widespread international travel expected over the Northern Hemisphere summer break
While applications for January 2022 Gap Years have closed, we have a number of well-known UK schools asking specifically for Gap Assistants from New Zealand. We do however need to act on this quickly, as with any travel corridor there will still be visa and compliance documentation required which can take time to process.
If any school leavers at your school are still thinking about a Gap Year please put them in touch so we can look to accommodate them. You can book a meeting directly to Nick, Letz Live Founder and Managing Directors’s calendar, or visit our website for more information.
